This is Glory Hole a waterfall along the Buffalo River. Every year a couple of hundred people go in the winter to see if it is frozen solid. That hasn’t happened in about 30 years. In order for this falls to be frozen solid, there has to be a steady amount of water, but not too much or it will be moving too fast for it to freeze, but too little, and there won’t be enough to touch the bottom. This collum of ice is about 5 feet wide and about 12 feet tall. Almost completely frozen solid. Close enough for us anyways. The very middle was hollow, but more like it had melted out than had never been frozen in the first place. By the time the mountain roads were clear, it had started to warm up by about 30 degrees. for a week the windchill had been -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Plenty cold enough to freeze wall waterfalls. There were a ton of people there that week. one even fell and broke their leg. They fell on the ice. When I was there almost everyone had slipped or fallen at least once. They came to see a collum of ice but were surprised when they stepped on the ice. To be fair the ice around the falls was completely clear, hard to see, yes, but come on you came to see ice and there is snow on the ground.

All of the prints will have a small white border, which will not be seen when matting/framing.

This is available with or without a gray matt.

With the matt, you will need one size bigger frame. For an 8x10 print, you will need an 11x14-inch frame. An 11x14 print will need a 16x20 inch frame.

All of my prints are archival inkjets, with ink rated to last without fade for 100 years in proper storage or display. The sun will fade prints if they are not protected and extreme impurities in the air.

The frame is not included.

Glass is not included.

Each print will be signed. Either on the matt or on the print, with silver ink.

This is not ready to hang, you will either need a frame or some other kind of hanger, this is either just the print or the print with a mat that will fit a frame. If you buy one with the matt then you will need to take the matt that comes with the frame out. No additional backing is needed, but if the frame has room for it, it will make the print more stable.

When selecting shipping you have to select the option that is for PRINT ONLY. It is clearly labeled. If you selected any other option then I can not ship it to you. If you selected the frame option then I can not ship it. This print does not come with a frame. You can either have it with matt or without matt. Those are your only options.
